1. Core Ethos
The core ethos of Dharma Academy is to support business leaders, HR managers and workplace wellbeing champions through high-quality digital learning resources, frameworks and professional development that help organisations improve workplace wellbeing and organisational performance.
2. Scope
These Terms apply to all memberships, courses, digital products, live events and related services ("Services") offered through Dharma Academy.
By purchasing or accessing any Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
3. Services
Services may include online courses, memberships, downloadable resources, live sessions, community features and other educational materials.
We may update, modify, replace or discontinue modules, resources, live sessions or other elements of the Services where reasonably necessary to maintain quality, reflect current best practice or improve the learning experience.
4. Individual Licence
Access is granted to the individual purchaser only. Accounts must not be shared.
Where an employer purchases access for an employee, the licence remains personal to that employee.
We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, unauthorised account sharing or other breaches of these Terms are suspected.
5. Fees and Payments
Fees are displayed at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
Subscription pricing may be amended with reasonable notice before any future renewal.
6. Refunds and Cancellation
Our Services consist primarily of digital content that is made available immediately after purchase.
By purchasing and accessing the Services, you expressly request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, where permitted by applicable consumer protection law, this may affect or remove your statutory right to cancel.
Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law. Otherwise, refunds are offered only at the sole discretion of Dharma Centre for Workplace Wellbeing Ltd in exceptional circumstances.
Subscription memberships may be cancelled at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for amounts already paid.
7. Content and Availability
We aim to keep the Services available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Planned maintenance, upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect availability.
Except where required by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will always meet your individual requirements or operate without interruption or error.
Certain aspects of the Services may rely on third-party platforms or providers. We are not responsible for interruptions, delays or failures caused by those third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, videos, frameworks, methodologies, templates, downloads and other materials remain the intellectual property of Dharma Centre for Workplace Wellbeing Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
They may be used solely for your own learning and professional development.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, create competing products, use our materials to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.
